Better Profits Yield Happier Clients
Architecture and Construction Management
Looking back on approximately two years of full-time engagement with Riley Projects: Architecture and Construction Management, Culver City, CA, the Client was able to tally tens of thousand of dollars in savings and efficiencies in their finances and operations. Ongoing efficiencies of financial reporting are currently enjoyed thanks to the successful conversion of the financial systems from Deltek Ajera to Sage 300 CRE. The entire team reported a rejuvinated outlook on the "whys" of doing business with integrity and honesty thanks to the full-time involvement of GC2020, which came to a close in September 2020.
Real Estate Brokerage
EXIT Realty Landmark, founded in 2009 with the help of GC2020 CEO, Dan Cho, has successfully converted to an EXP Realty Franchise, but has not lost the spirit of compassion and good will that it started with. One of the largest enterprises that GC2020 has historically ever been involved with, the brokerage has trained hundreds of real estate professionals with the time tested truths of doing good business for all stakeholders involved, whether they be the commercial purchase of the former New York Mercantile Exchange in Lower Manhattan, the sale of a luxury condo or the management of a family's most prized real estate investment. We have many stories under our belt and happy individuals who would jump at the chance to endorse the efforts of GC2020 in Southern California and beyond.
Individuals and corporate clients alike have dozens of reasons to continue doing business with GC2020: Insurance. Unlike "captive" real estate brokers, who can only quote insurance from one insurance carrier, the legwork that GC2020 is able to do to shop around a particular insurance need to the broader market of carriers is exceptional. So much can be said about the "uncommon" common-sense that insurance brokers need to have: sometimes "cheaper" doesn't mean "better" when it comes to insurance coverages. Our Clients are given "straight talk" about how the complex world of insurance has evolved historically and how it works in the 21st Century, now.
US Lacrosse Hawaii Chapter - a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is focused on the growth of "The Great Game" in the 50th State is full witness to the sophistication of GC2020: Special Events. The 17th and 18th Annual Hawaii Lacrosse International Invitational Tournaments were success in no small part due to the ability of our company CEO Dan Cho, who coordinated municipal Honolulu resources, grass roots participants as well as small and corporate local vendors to host 3-Day Tournament play at Kapiolani Park, Waikiki, Honolulu Hawaii. Many memories were made thanks to the inclusion of Hawaiian Cultural Teams, local artisans who handcrafted koa wood trophies and the fine local food purveyors who kept all of us fed with "ono grinds" all throughout.
